Description

This is the third and final duathlon event in the series.

Although it is a low key event we promise that it will provide a great training opportunity. The Team Adaptive Duathlon Training Series Event #3 is on March 26th. Please come out and compete, participate, or just support this activity.

The 1.5 mile run will be on a portion of Barron's Trail and Gum Swamp Trail

Next up is your choice of bike where you have the option to ride your mountain bike on the All American Trail for 10 miles or ride the road bike course for 16 miles which takes you out on King Rd.

Both bike courses are a challenge but provide a great opportunity to build on early season fitness and fun.

Upon returning from the bike course, you will once again run 1.5 miles in the scenic Weymouth Nature Preserve.

We have great raffle prizes donated by Tifosi Sunglasses, Cactus Creek Coffee, and JBI Bicycle Imports which include handle bar tape, tires and much more.

1. Bike Fit from Velo Smart and May Street Bicycle
2 Metabolic Test  from Velo Smart and May Street Bicycle
3. 2 pair Ctriterium Sunglasses from Tifosi
4. Assortment of race tires, grips, and handlebar tape from JBI
5. Tailwind nutrition products

We will also host an Orbea Bicycle DEMO Day. There will be awesome bikes to test ride and even race if you would like.
